The Kalamos Wind Quintet consists of five internationally renowned musicians who first played together in Piran exactly twenty years ago as participants in masterclasses. It consists of local flutist Anamarija Tomac Krečič, solo piccoloist of the RTV Slovenia Symphony Orchestra, Cristina Monticoli, long-time solo oboist of the Malmö Symphony Orchestra, who currently serves as principal oboist of the RTV Slovenia Symphony Orchestra, Marco Masini, solo clarinetist of the Teatro Verdi Orchestra in Trieste, bassoonist Matteo Rivi, also a soloist of the Trieste orchestra, and Guglielmo
