Excellent Choice is a band that has been performing exclusively for LifeClass Hotels & Spa for over a decade, with the aim of creating a pleasant musical atmosphere. It can proudly boast of having worked with, collaborated with and hosted both well-known and lesser-known, but outstanding musicians from Slovenia and abroad. The challenge of the project from the very beginning until today has been to offer guests enjoyable, live music, which winds its way through the guests in a seamless way, with the aim of creating a pleasant atmosphere. With a repertoire that flirts with jazz, swing, pop, lounge, rumba and reggae, it recreates world-famous songs that have got under everyone’s skin over the last century.
At its core, Excellent Choice is an electroacoustic trio. Bass, guitar and vocals, they think it’s quite enough to conjure up the essence. And when the occasion arises, they are happy to invite either a pianist, a percussionist or a range of wind players to join in. Daniel Matič on guitar, Dajan Brdakič on bass and Katy Maurel on vocals are the band that has been keeping the guests of Caffe Central pleasantly entertained lately.
