At Restaurant COB, recipient of a prestigious Michelin star, we invite you to an intimate aperitif corner where, for two consecutive evenings – July 4 and 5 – we will host the exceptional Thomas Domingues, Head Sommelier and Beverage Director at TakaHisa Dubai (Michelin star).
Sips and Bites is an evening for the curious, for those who believe that taste and the moment can become something extraordinary.
In collaboration with Thomas, who will curate a unique selection of cocktails, innovative non-alcoholic drinks, and Istrian wines, and Chef Filip Matjaž, this year’s first Slovenian winner of the Michelin Young Chef Award, we will create an experience that doesn’t come around every day. Small bites, designed as culinary vignettes of local flavors, will accompany every sip with a story – bold, fresh, and unforgettable.
Everything is intentional – from taste to texture, from scent to sight. This is not dinner. This is synesthesia.
