You are warmly invited to the opening of the art exhibition and the presentation of the project “In Memory of the Great Ones”. This initiative highlights the significance of the noble pen shell, the largest Mediterranean bivalve, and raises awareness about its alarming extinction.
The exhibition will feature nearly 50 unique artistic interpretations of this extraordinary species, crafted from natural materials such as clay, metal, stone, wood, and glass by talented international artists.
Join us for the official opening on January 27, 2025, at 11:00 am, at the Monfort Exhibition Space (Obala 8, 6320 Portorož – Coastal Galleries Piran).
