A walk organized as part of the project Rural Development Beyond the Historic Center of Piran 2025.
We’ll meet at 9:00 AM in Tartini Square and head towards Strunjan, where we’ll visit the fields of Silvan Knez.

We’ll learn a lot about persimmons and other crops grown on his farm, such as plum tomatoes and basil – the essential ingredients for šalša and other Mediterranean dishes.
