This authentic Piran dessert is named after the indigenous Piran olive variety. The recipe, crafted by Kristian Zule, Slovenia’s youngest Michelin-recognized chef from Stara Gostilna, and Magdalena Skočir from Cappuccino Kroštola, features olive mousse, caramel, and Piran salt. For an even more intense flavor, you can add a few drops of Milok estate olive oil to enhance the experience.
