Bruno Peroša Farm is located in Nova Vas nad Dragonjo, in the heart of Slovenian Istria. This family-run farm with decades of tradition cultivates 4 hectares of organic olive groves, 10 hectares of fields, 2 hectares of greenhouses, and 1 hectare of orchards. The farm is renowned for producing extra virgin olive oil from varieties such as Istrian Belica, Leccino, Maurino, and Buga. The oil holds an organic certificate and a protected designation of origin. In addition to olive oil, the farm produces red Istrian garlic, an indigenous variety with distinctive red skin, rich in essential oils and sweet in taste. The farm also grows melons, watermelons, cucumbers, strawberries, new potatoes, persimmons, peaches, broccoli, and fennel. Visitors can buy fresh produce directly from the farm and enjoy the authentic Istrian setting.
