Located on a hillside above Portorož, the Liminjanka estate is a family-run organic olive farm offering panoramic views of the Sečovlje salt pans and the Adriatic Sea. With over 500 olive trees of various local and Mediterranean varieties, the farm is dedicated to the production of high-quality extra virgin olive oil, as well as homemade specialties such as olive spreads, pickled olives, jams, hydrolates, and artisanal chocolates.
Visitors are welcomed into the authentic Istrian landscape, where they can learn about olive variety diversity and take part in guided tastings. All products are available for purchase in various formats, from 100 ml to 5 liters. Visits and tastings are available by prior arrangement.
