The winery Vina Bordon is a family-owned business from Slovenska Istra, operating since 1985, and is considered one of the first private wineries in Slovenia. It is known for its organic production of grapes and wines, respecting the principles of sustainable viticulture and biodynamics. Their selection includes a wide range of wines – from Malvasia, Refošk, Chardonnay, Cabernet, Merlot, to specialties such as orange wines, sparkling wines, and straw wines. A special place is held by their premium line, which features wines from the best vineyard sites and regularly receives awards for quality. They offer guided tastings by prior reservation, held in a modern cellar with a panoramic terrace, accompanied by local Istrian delicacies.
