Brič Estate is located in the hinterland of Slovenian Istria, overlooking the Dragonja River Valley and just a short drive from Koper. Spanning over 36 hectares of organically cultivated vineyards, the estate is dedicated to producing high-quality wines that reflect the local terroir while maintaining a strong focus on sustainable viticulture. No synthetic chemicals are used, and the result is wines that are clean, expressive, and rooted in the land. The estate produces varietals such as Refošk, Malvasia, Syrah, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, balancing traditional winemaking methods with modern techniques. Visitors can take part in guided tours that include a walk through the vineyards, an introduction to the winemaking process, and tastings of selected wines, often paired with local delicacies. Tastings are held in a contemporary architectural space offering panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea, with advance booking recommended. Brič Estate is open year-round and welcomes individuals and small groups looking to experience wine in a setting where nature and craftsmanship meet.
