In a small group, during a four-hour workshop set in a pleasant environment under the pine trees by the sea, we will prepare together: fish soup, carpaccio, sashimi, and tartare from raw fish, an appetizer from smoked seabass, mussels or another seasonal warm starter based on our recipe, and fish prepared according to the Fonda recipe.
Cooking Workshop Description
Detailed Workshop Program:
- Welcome with a snack, a glass of excellent Malvasia, and refreshing herbal water
- Presentation of the Fonda fish farm and introduction to seafood – how to recognize and buy truly fresh fish and how to prepare it
- Cleaning and filleting fish and preparing a delicious fish soup
- Various methods of preparing raw seabass – the differences between carpaccio, sashimi, and tartare
- Preparation of an appetizer with smoked seabass
- Mussels prepared to our recipe or another seasonal warm starter
- Seafood feast at the end of the workshop: you’ll prepare Piran seabass fillet in “škartoc” and finish with a surprise dessert

- Every Thursday at 11:00 in Slovene (or in English, German, or Italian for foreign-language groups)

Duration: approximately 4 hours
Private Cooking Workshops:
By prior arrangement, private workshops for smaller groups are available:
- €600 per group (1–4 people)
- €150 per person (for groups of 5 or more participants)
Price Includes:
- All tools and ingredients

Booking Conditions:
- Booking must be made at least 48 hours in advance
- Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the event
